Bone Grafting
This patient had a narrow ridge, I used a PTFE membrane and synthetic bone to widen the ridge.
Osteotomy in thin 36 bone.
Six months later you can see the increase of width around the implant and newly formed bone.
For this patient on the bottom left posterior there is only a knife edge ridge left. There is a huge increase in bone width for the implants after bone grafting.

This patient barely had enough bone to hold the smallest diameter bridge.

After bone grafting and 6 months you can see that there is plenty of newly formed bone to now hold the implants.

Two implants we used as anchors for a front bridge, the result? He can't stop smiling now!
This patient had a lower front bridge that was waving in the breeze.
Removing the old teeth cleaned up the infection.

Sinus Lift
This patient had an upper right first molar split in two giving him a lot of pain.
A sinus lift was done simultaneously with implant placement.
The patient can now freely chew on this tooth again.
This patient's upper left 2nd premolar had a post and crown that snapped off and was unsavable.
Her sinus was very close to the potential implant.

Replacing Failed Dental Work
This patient had a lower right 1st molar root canalled tooth split.
The tooth was extracted, and 3 months later an implant placed.
It has integrated well and the patient doesn't feel any discomfort anymore.
This patient had two problems!! Broken down roots, and overerupted upper right tooth
Broken down roots on the lower right and as a consequence his upper right back teeth had overerupted
I placed the implants in the ideal position, trimmed down the opposing overerupted molars
Once completed, I placed the final implant crowns into where the idealised bite should be.
