Dentist Dr Mark Chung has been in practice since 2003. He took over Artarmon Fine Dental in 2015 and is pleased to serve Artarmon and St Leonards with high-quality care.

Our dental clinic is staffed by a wonderfully warm team who will make sure you have a positive experience every time you visit us. When you walk in, we want you to feel as comfortable as you would in your own home. During your first appointment, we’ll find out what you’re here for and deliver on your needs.

You can sit back in our memory foam dental chair, relax, watch Netflix on the television in the ceiling or listen to music or a podcast of your choice on Spotify. Let us take care of everything for you!

We get it—dental care can be daunting. With our caring team and no-pressure approach to dentistry, we hope to change your mind about your dental appointments. Our modern equipment keeps your visits easy. Intraoral cameras allow you to see what we see. Digital X-rays and OPGs are available to get a full picture of your oral health.
We’ll take all the time needed to explain what we find and what your options are for treatment or what will occur if you opt out of further treatment. With a full range of solutions available at our clinic, you likely won’t need to visit outside specialists to get the care you require. You won’t have to worry about going to multiple places for a referral.

We accept health funds and have a HICAPS machine on-site. You can claim your rebate straightaway and pay only the gap. If you don’t have dental coverage, we’ll be happy to discuss our payment plan options with you.

Meet Dentist Dr Mark Chung

With an interest in helping people, Mark chose to enter the dental profession. He completed his dental degree at the University of Sydney, graduating with honours in 2003. The continuing education Mark has undertaken since includes becoming an accredited Invisalign® provider. He has completed numerous courses on the following:

Mark is a member of the Australian Dental Association.

Before becoming a father, Mark loved travelling the world. Today, his life revolves around his wife and two sons. They like to go on bush walks, play soccer and video games and watch movies together. Mark loves trying out area parks with his kids and encouraging them to eat more cultural foods (usually without success).

My goal is to give you the best smile you can have as quickly and painlessly as possible. I won’t push you into any treatment. You can think of me as your advisor. I’ll show you what’s happening in your mouth, then talk about the options to fix it.”

Artarmon Fine Dental is located on the first floor above the Chemist Warehouse. You’ll find us just opposite the Artarmon train station. To get to our surgery, please enter through Hampden Lane. Kindly note this is a one way street, you will need to enter through Brougton Rd. Our carpark is between the gym and the chiropractor. Go through the corridor and turn right to find us.
